These Terms and Conditions are formulated having regard to The Casino commitment to its customers to provide the highest quality service in a timely, efficient and ethical manner in an environment of steadfast adherence to industry best practice and all regulatory requirements.

1. Should there be any confusion whatsoever as to the conditions applicable, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team.
2. The general terms & conditions shall apply to all interactions with all the Fortune Lounge casinos and must be read with all relevant promotional terms and conditions.
3. Promotions are only valid for the period as specified in the promotion offer communications and specific to referenced casinos or account numbers.
4. For the purpose of all promotions, dates and times shall be calculated according to Eastern Standard Time (GMT -5).
5. Where promotions are specifically addressed to an individual/casino account, offers are only valid in respect of the casino and casino account number as specified in the promotion notification communication.
6. Irregularities between the name of the casino account holder and the name of the individual identified with the method used to make deposits will invalidate any offer.
7. Unless specifically stated otherwise, all deposits must have a play-through of at least once (1), before a promotional bonus specifically related to that deposit will be credited.
8. A player’s casino account balance is divided into a cash balance and a bonus balance.
9. When your gaming account is credited with a promotional bonus, these credits will be added to your “Bonus Balance”.
10. All Deposits will be added to your “Cash Balance”.
11. All winnings using your Cash Balance will be added to your Cash Balance.
12. All Winnings using the Bonus Balance will top up your Bonus Balance to the original bonus/es amount (less any movements from the Bonus Balance to the Cash Balance), and the excess winnings will be added to your Cash Balance.
13. Your Cash Balance may be withdrawn from your gaming account at any time.
14. Your Bonus Balance may not be withdrawn from your gaming account.
15. Bonus amounts credited to a Player’s Bonus Balance are subject to thirty (30) times play-through / wagering before they may be cashed in.
16. For any wager made, the wager is deducted from your Cash Balance first. If there is no cash available, then the wager is deducted from the Bonus Balance. This effectively means that credits in the Player’s bonus balance are only played if there is no cash balance.
17. As you meet the play-through / wagering requirement of the promotion bonus you received, your Bonus Balance will decreased in €10 increments and be added to your Cash Balance.
18. If you make a withdrawal, your Bonus Balance is reset to zero. This means that if you choose to withdraw any portion of your Cash Balance and you still have a Bonus Balance, your remaining Bonus Balance will be forfeit.
19. Play-through / wagering on all games will count towards the play-through / wagering requirement, BUT the types of games you play will contribute differently towards meeting your play-through / wagering requirement.
20. Wagering on all Gamble Features will not count towards any play-through requirements.

The following examples are based on a standard offer of 100% deposit match on a €100 deposit.

If you play only Slots, which count 100% toward your bonus play-through requirement, you will need to play-through 300 credits to move a 10 credit increment to your Cash Balance, and 3,000 credits before the entire bonus is moved to your Cash Balance.

22. If a player does not want any bonus which has been deposited into their account by the casino then they are entitled to request a casino support consultant to reverse the bonus out of their casino account, by way of email or telephone call, whereafter the reversal will take place. If Play-through have taken place on any bonus received, then that bonus may not be removed from your account (either by means of cash-in or a request to the support staff) until the play-through requirements associated with that bonus have been met.
23. Fortune Lounge reserves the right to audit any cash-ins.
24. No cash-ins will be allowed under any circumstances, nor will any promotional offers be honored, until a minimum deposit of €20 is made at the casino where the cash-in is occurring and any subsequent deposit match bonus is played through in full.
25. The minimum deposit at Play Craps Online is €20.
26. The minimum cash-in amount at Play Craps Online Casino is €35. The minimum value for a check to be sent is €30.
27. Should a player make arrangements with the casino to transfer funds from the player’s casino account to another casino account in the player’s name, any bonus amount contained in the player’s original account shall be required to remain in such account until such time as the play-through requirements in respect of such amount have been met by the player.    8.7. Whole Agreement

   Unless the context otherwise indicates, these Terms and Conditions set out the entire agreement between us and supersede all prior oral or written agreements, arrangements or understandings between us. You acknowledge that you are not relying on any representation, agreement, term or condition that is not set out in this Agreement.

   8.8. Interpretation

   In this Agreement the headings are used for convenience only and shall not affect its interpretation. References to persons shall include incorporated and unincorporated persons; references to the singular include the plural and vice versa; and references to the masculine include the feminine.

   8.9. Government of Gibraltar

   This Casino is regulated by the provisions of the Gaming Legislation, Ordinances and Regulations of and issued by the Government of Gibraltar. You acknowledge and agree that we may be bound (and shall be entitled) to disclose certain information about you and your account to the Government of Gibraltar Gaming authorities in terms of such laws and regulations.

   8.10. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

   The validity, construction and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by Gibraltarian law and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Gibraltarian superior courts to which the parties hereby submit, except that a Party may seek an interim injunction in any court of competent jurisdiction.

   8.11. Limitation of Actions

   You hereby agree that any legal proceedings to enforce any claim that you may have (if any) against the Casino shall be initiated by you within a period of 6 (six) months of the cause of action arising (the “Prescription Period”); failing which you hereby forever waive and abandon any right that you may have to enforce such claim after the Prescription Period and confirm that on the expiry of the Prescription Period the said claim shall be void, waived and abandoned in law.
